What kind of bridge does it have? Is it grounded to the bridge? Did you run a ground wire to the copper shielding?
Get yourself a cheap multimeter from Radio Shack and poke around until the number jumps up, your problem is between those two points.
EDIT: Just noticed the poll, so it has a Floyd. Sometimes you can bust the bridge ground yanking on that too hard. Check that wire first.
I just realized I forgot to mention that the grounding cable checks okay. It's connected from the bridge, to the input (if I'm not mistaken). I'm still thinking it's the Seymour Duncan pups... Also, I found another problem today (
crying ), my input is loose, I opened it up, and everything is soldered correctly. I'm missing something and it's pissing me off!
