Other's think its Michael Cole using his phone and the laptop together. But I doubt that since the GM gave the King an oppurtunity to become nuumber one contender.

My guess is its Paul Heyman. If none of you remember Heyman then shame on ya. He was the most diobolical manager/general manager I ever seen. He knew how to get the audience angry perfectly, and that seems to be what this Anonymous GM loves to do as well.
