Figure: Tall and lithe, his body is made for stealth, speed, and agility. There is little to no fat on his body considering how he's generally active all the time leaving no time for fat to settle anywhere. As for muscle, it's not very built in the sense of strength and muscle building as you would think, he's built like a gymnast, so very light muscles.
Haircolor: Currently he has a toxic deep green color with scattered white spikes of hair. He tend to dye his hair every few months or weeks. Basically whenever he gets bored of it. He tends to temporary dye his hair too for fun. His original hair color is actually a vibrant and bright shade of red that's a bit darker than scarlet.
Hairstyle: His regular hair is spiky to say the least. Not the die hard spikes like a mace, but a stylized soft punk spiky. His hair is almost chin length in the front with it ghosting down to the nape of his neck in the back. He typically styles it with a soft breathable gel that leaves his hair still able to styled and soft. On his "down" days, he doesn't bother with his hair at all. So he ends up with down wavy-ish hair. Basically is looks like he just took a shower, but it's not wet, and it has a few kinks in it.
Eyecolor: His irises are an icy blue color. As in a very pale, pale blue that have a "shing" metallic/ice feeling?
Eyes: He has very angular/"sharp" eyes. They tend to have a lidded smirk feeling to them. They're very self assured and arrogant if anything and he does tend to look like he's glaring a lot.
Skincolor: He's very light skinned, not at all tan. He has the slightest peachy-lemon tint?
Markings: Has several scars that will make themselves known in due time. [aka: I'm too lazy to think of them right now.]

Personality: Kaj is bi-polar. It's something that you have to know first to completely understand him. He's seriously bi-polar and not in that PMS-ing complete mood swings at a snap of a finger way. More like he will sometimes go on a "high" and eventually it'll probably lead to a "low". Of course there are the times in between, where he's more normal and in control of his emotions. At these points, he exhibits several main character traits. He's arrogant and very prideful. He has a child-like view of other people thinking of them as toys and not truly significant to himself. Those who are close to him stay close, mainly because he's really possessive. His favorite people are the ones who he trusts his life with and will let them see in a "low" period. Everyone else is not of importance to him. That's partially the reason why he works so well in the government as a spy of a sort. He doesn't really care about his enemies or other people and doesn't really get guilty. Kaj likes to play and amuse himself even at the risk of other people. He's selfish and isn't likely to think of others above himself. The risk and chase is one thing that he loves that led him to steal things awhile back. Now he gets his "high" off dangerous missions and fights. Kaj is also rather obnoxious, he's fond of boasting and is kinda loud. He also is very mean and sarcastic, very sadistic as well getting some pleasure from making people feel sad.
High: During his highs Kaj seems very much like his normal self, but in an exaggerated way. He behaves like he's on drugs in a way, believing he's practically immortal. High risks are common and there is a very high potential for him or others to get hurt. He stops thinking sensibly and is prone to believing he can fly or other things and jumping off of tall buildings. He can't recognize danger and is likely to jump into a fight or such even if he's weaker than his opponent. His tactical sense goes down, of course. He also has a problem recognizing things as they are. Everything seems kinda exaggerated to him and any slight behavior might be taken as a threat or such, prompting an equally threatening reaction from him.
Low: Kaj is depressed during lows. Extremely so, as in suicidally so. He won't take care of himself forgetting to eat or sometimes just refusing to. He has a lack of interest in anything around him, even things he loves. Again with not taking care of himself, he tends to mope around his house. He refuses to even leave his home whether for food, supplies, or anything else. He tends to break down sobbing alot and degrades himself focusing on several past mistakes and such. Consequentially he has attempted suicide a few times before, though he's never been successful mainly because of intervening from friends or family. Most of the time during lows, you'll find either Akim or a family member taking care of him because he won't, or can't, take care of himself.
Quirks?: It's not a very well-known fact but Kaj like adorable things. He finds a childish amusement from animal ear hoodies to cute puppy plushies. He doesn't show it that much but it's pretty noticeable, especially when you see him wearing a wolf eared hoodie. He likes to force cute things on to his friends as well. He is constantly getting his grand mom glass figurines of many things, but animals mostly. She now owns a small zoo of sorts. On occasion he forces Akim into a sheep hoodie or a fluffy scarf. It's kinda weird. But ridicule him about it and then a few days later you'll have all your secrets spread around town and your valuables stolen from your home.

History:
Kaj's family is pretty rich. A father who's a lawyer and a mother who has worked her way into society to manipulate them for her own amusement, you could say he's kinda high up. Kaj's mother has the same bi-polar disorder Kaj himself as, which is probably why he has it now. He was born into a grand manor type of building where he spent much of his childhood with his mother, father, and grandmother. His father looked to be a rather stern, honorable man, and he was. At least in the courts that is. At home he was a loving husband who was just a conniving in the courts as his wife was in the social ladder. He knew how to bend and prod a person to get them to spill out the needed confessions and break. And he loved to teach his little boy those tricks as well. Kaj's mother on the other hand was a sly and tricky vixen and her appearance showed part of that. She could pull off a great innocent and naive look though once you saw the mischievous smirk that donned her face after a particularly manipulative move, you knew that was the expression that fit most perfectly on her.She enjoyed the deception and secrets that surround high society and played her part in many of the debacles that went on. For her son though, she is as loving as a mother can be and though she loves to play tricks on him. She has an odd habit of cross dressing to go out and seduce men....for fun. Her husband does know of this and chalks it off as just a weird habit, he knows she's completely and utterly faithful to him as he is to her. As for Kaj's grandmother, she is very much like Kaj's mom. She is very deceiving with her kind grandmotherly looks and tends to use them to her advantage.As a kid, Kaj was frequently tricked into doing chores for her due to blackmail or guilt. Of course she always made him soft knitted plushies eventually and all was well. Kaj was a normal sweet if a bit manipulative child in his childhood, it was when he got to military boarding school that his bi-polar disorder finally showed itself. (He was sent because it was a rather rich and prestigious school.) Luckily by that time he had made friends with Akim who was there to balance him out during his mood swings. Of course there were a few disasters in the beginning, and there still are now. One of his biggest regrets was the one time he was talked into trying some drugs. He happened to be starting one of his highs that day and was given a hallucinogen. Long story short, he broke a few bones in his leg and almost killed his grandmother. From that day on, he's never taken drugs again. After he graduated school, Kaj had the misfortune of being bored and so he joined a gang for fun. Mainly he joined to steal things and so he did, going for high risk items mainly. He had been doing fine and keeping his tracks covered when his father found out what he had been doing. After being severely scolded and punished, his dad called up his schoolmate Akim to put Kaj in the military where he would be strictly regulated and behaved. Of course it didn't work out that way, but now Kaj is partnered with Akim where both work as government spies/messengers of sorts. He lives in an apartment like place that his father bought for him close to his workplace.

Doesn't like fighting "head to head", prefers to evade and sneak attack
He enjoys throwing bombs as people, courtesy of Sindri.
Is very good with using the environment to his advantage due to parkour/free running skills. He also has a tendency to grab what's at hand and throw it at people. He can throw a good punch or kick, but his style is much more suited to range fighting than close combat. Actually it's a mix of the two, where he uses agility to get close and then flings something at the enemy. Back up weapon would be throwing knives, though his aim could be better...
By the way, he's abysmal with a bow and arrow.
