I still would have to say the Numena. The three creatures that defeated the Dragon rule on Dominaria. And of Course Phage/ Virot (The First).
Yawgmoth Pwns all. I mean He is the one true "god". All must worship the one that can kill planeswalkers.

urza and karona were the most powerful for they were magic.
but unfortunatly they didn't make an urza card and the korona card sucked.
the best legends in the cards may probably be akroma or phage

Yawgmoth, no doubt about it, even being hit with the Weatherlight with the energy of the Null sphere, his a** is still alive, wtf, every one thinks he is dead, but he isnt, just crippled in his little ball, with a few Spheres nocked off, man, the planeswalker that created Pheraxia was a chip off the old block. If you dont belive me about Yawgmoth being alive, maybe you should re-read the scourge, becuase it plainly says,
Yawgmoth"Come help me, we are the same, and i need to rebuild my place."
Karona"No.. your just to evil, leave me alone, this isnt safe for Waist coat and sash."
Thats... in a nutshell... what happend...
Ohh, and the one planeswalker chick, Freylise, or something like that, i think she was cool. And karn... he is awsome.... But it is mainly between the 3 avatars of Llowan, Averu, and Kuber, then Yawgmoth, Karona, and... well... ill have to get back with you on that... Thats not the real order of it, if you ask me its, Yawgmoth, the 3, and karona,
She just didn't do enough bad things....

For some reason, I have a thing for Ertai, no real reason, but I'd think he was very powerful...as far as the MOST powerful...hmmm...Kaldra, Memenarch, and Niv Mizzet have yet to be mentioned^^

wellwisher somewhat of an odd question. you mean form the books? MtG has books AND comics. Anyways, the most powerfull character depends on the book, but I guess the overall most powerfull will always be Yawgy.

My fav was always Ixidor I mean sure he wasn't the most powerful but everything about him was so tragic. Not to mention...didn't he create Akroma? Or maybe I read that wrong. But yes, him and Chainer. But then again, those were the legends that were around when I started playing so I guess I'm a little biased.
