This massive open room is lined with white pillars and large open windows. The marble floor has a single red carpet leading from the entrance to the throne itself. Witch is big enough to seat three people and behind it ten pillars run to the ceiling each with a symbol of one of the generals.
The room is used to meet and gather various leaders of the world. They discuss problems that must be dealt with and potential solutions to unexpected occurrences like hurricanes and droughts.

Kain sat int the chair half relaxed listening to a girl talk over his shoulder into his ear. Since the girl was pretty much behind him his eyes fell onto Gregor and Raze as they entered the room. He dismissed the girl with a nonchalant wave then stood up. As he walked forward the girl simply vanished into a swirl of dust and wind. " Raze how good to see you my dear!" Kain stepped down the stairs arm outstretched to greet her. He never treated the generals as such, They were his family.

Gregor coated his finger in ice quickly as he poked her exposed side. Then watched as Kain carried on in his usual manner. "That man will never be professional about anything."

" My dear there is no other in my heart but mother nature herself." He grinned then gently set her down. "I see you have been busy in your end of the country. Mending hearts as its said. How are the twins doing?" The one thing about the Dragon was he personally met every recruit before having them join. In fact it was a necessity to get your elements. And as nice as the man was he was revered as near godlike around the world.

Giving a glance at Gregor Kain dismissed him. Gregor immediately causing an updraft and flying out one of the windows to complete his task. Kain then fixed his hair that got fussed up from the winds. " It seems i have much to discuss with you."

Kain sighed then patted her on the shoulder. " I'm getting more and more reports of these people. They are not mine and some are being extremely violent towards us in particular." Kain sat back down on the edge of his chair looking at Raze with concern. " The one i sent Gregor after... He is trying to lure some of our soldiers out so ha can kill them off. Little dose he know im sending Gregor."

Kain sat forward leaning on his knees. As he looked at her his eyes shifted from a gray hazel to a bright green. "Nothing... No connections except they all claim to be victims of things we have done. And even that i agree with to tell the truth.... If i woke up one day with the power to seek revenge id take it." He let out a deep sigh shifting his gaze up to the skylights overhead. " But a peasant with a pistol taking on a tank is a loosing fight."

Standing back up Kain placed a hand on her shoulder and started to lead her out. "We need to figure out where they are coming from. I'd prefer to not have to kill them to keep appearances and the public from turning on us..... Kill them if you have too." Now at the door he took her by both shoulders. " keep taking care of yerself. "

"It's your city Raze... Just let me know what you find." Kain walked away back toward his throne waving over his shoulder.

The twins were waiting outside the door. Ashly was teasing her brother about his cloths. Serand was giving her a death stare.
