Ieeko
Name: Alejandro
- Regardless of your decision regarding the paragraph below. O: I just like the name.

Parents Name: Kenneth York

Gender:
- I thought about this for a while, and had decided that I wanted the kid to be either intersexed, and because science has no better term, true hermaphroditic, or transgendered for the sake of character diversity. xD So I'm actually leaving the kid's physicality and their gender identity up to you and you can tell me once you're actually finished with the kid. I want the surprise, so just have fun with it. I'm including a couple of different references in the physical descriptions section, so just mix and match and play around. This is basically me saying 'I relinquish specifics and you get to have fun!'.

Animal: Huon Tree Kangaroo

Animal Refs:

Hairstyle:

Something like this, maybe? I like this length and kind of style. http://www.gettyimages.com/detail/89045724/Digital-Vision

Or possibly something like this: http://www.easy-hairstyles.com/images/meg-curly-hair.jpg

I like springy and messy kind of hairstyles on characters. I'm all for tidy if you decide that works better for the character's personality tid-bits below, but those are a couple of hairstyles I could see and that I'd probably pick out. However, definitely something short or medium length, nothing long. I wouldn't be opposed to a miniature fro with a springy pony tail or something. That kind of stuff is awesome.

Hair Colour: Black

Eye color: Dark Brown

Eye style: Typical round eye structure - they're not slanted, so no Asian-type eyes.

Skin color: Dark, dark red-brown kind of tan.

Markings: Just the Tree Kangaroo pattern of coloring on the skin. That means there will be a pale splotch somewhere on the body and face, even if the kid is more humanoid in structure.

Clothing: Something simplistic, it's entirely up to you. o3o I like things with color, so preferably nothing black or white. I see brighter colors to counter-balance the fact that the kid is so earthy.

Animal Features:

Ears - Yes

Tail - Yes

Wings(if applicable) - Not Applicable.

Other - Not Applicable. As a note: if you want to go more animalistic like you did with Max, go for it! I actually really love how the Huon Tree Kangaroos look. Fell in love with them when I went to the zoo, so I'd love it if you went more animalistic, especially in this case.

Personality:

A lot more tame than Max is. They're fairly well-mannered and quiet in demeanor. However, this is not to say they are not sociable in any way. Quietness does not equate to a lack of socialness or expression, of course, but the kid is much more mild mannered and shy. Tree Kangaroos tend to be selective with their trust and typically travel in small families, so the child would display some effect of nervousness and anxiety. They are factual, down-to-earth and based in reality. In the future, I'd think they'd be interested in psychology, sociology, medicine. They're interested in the sciences of human behavior, the mind, and build, the same falling through with animals. They're intrigued by the world which surrounds them and may be more inclined to climb trees in a vain attempt to categorize the birds in their neighborhood than playing on the see-saw. I could see this kid being a bug collector, or a plant collector of some kind, in which they have piles upon piles of things set aside for further investigation. In short, they're highly analytical. Their imagination runs rampant with the possibility of discovery, but only within logical realms. They're very much the anti-Max, and this being for good reason, considering Max needs a counter-weight in the future and someone to bring down the crazy 'I do believe in fairies!'. However! Despite this kid's disbelief in magic, there may be a twinge of it in the back of their mind. I want them to have a raggedy old stuffed animal that looks like it's been beaten and chewed for a while, and this item is particular dear, treated as an animate, living thing. Even if the kid may look at someone awkwardly for believing in people crying from clouds, they themself believe that the stuffed animal is an understanding being capable of love. It's a similar idea to that which makes the Companion Cube in Portal so endearing. We can assume that they spend a lot of time with that thing and trust it unconditionally. They might even be defensive of it. I could see them getting angry if someone told them it couldn't really hear them, or if they tried to take it away.

I would say that this kid is expression filled; they're forward. You know when they're happy, you know when they're sad. There isn't much of a middle-ground and you can read them easily like a book. They may have various habits or 'tells' which give away how they're feeling. In example, the kid is shy - so if they're nervous, perhaps they recoil, hunch, and rub their shoulders with their arms, or play with their tail, or something to that degree. Various little tid-bits, but don't be afraid to ham up the expressions of the kid. I imagine they're animated and full of life in terms of their face and their body movements. The quiet ones can sometimes be the most expressive individuals of all.

Pose: Fiddling with that stuffed animal mentioned earlier, perhaps?

Extra: Feel free to jump around and add your own twinges and ideas into the character. 8D I have an idea of how they are, but actually seeing them makes a huge, huge difference and sends off the immediate 'that's who they are' signals. Just know that they'd be the type of kid to get along and conflict with Max at the same time. I figured that I wanted that kind of a rough and tumble sibling relationship between the two, and ended up deciding the kid was going to go to Kenneth. So. Yeah. Just have fun with everything.
