Ok everyone we are going to start off small right now, and delete, or just move stuff. I will name higher orders later on, but I will start out with the first things.


At the moment I am having Shi Kai, and Athena deleting members who are inactive. They each will choose one person, or agree on two people to help them in this tast.

I am also having Zoro, and Dakota moving on to get more people to join. By this they will start forums, and whatever they can do to help. They too will be able to invite one person each to help them, or agree on two people.


Next order of business is to recreate some threads, such as the welcoming thread, and other over used threads on the main forum.

After that I think some cleaning up inside subforums could be used as well. This means any threads in side captain subforums that you think are well past over due, can be remade over again so as to add some freshness to it.

I also believe ranking systems should be edited, I do have a new ranking system and set up in which could be useful for creating more activity within squads, though it is a captain's choice if he or she wishes to use it. My squad will be using it for a fact once I re-edit it and add a little more detail to it.

We could use atleast two to three role play teachers as well, so as to help make people better role players. I believe all teachers must be a person who can make atleast two paragraphs a post every post.

I will be adding more things in here on other posts, so please be sure to check back often.
I also wish to hear the opinions of others about this.

Kaicho, though I will leave you in charge of the Espada, and the Arrancar rank, you must pass the tests of the arrancar rank set by dakota, and you will report to me before making any large changes to the set up of things in the Espada, you will also have to test the people wanting to be Espada.

Ok, here is something I want done now, I want the inactive members deleted.

Athena, and Shi Kai were supposed to have done this already.

I also want some creators/movers. I am only going to accept 2 people in max to do this, myself will be a third creator/mover.
Our job is to move old threads into the archives, and recreate what we moved. For example, the Absent and Return thread. It is rather old, and could be remade. All things within each main forum, and subforum excluding Captain, and Espada subforums. We want to be able to have things cleaned up, and look a bit more fresh so that we can get more people to want to fill them up, (giggity) so lets get a move on.

Starting next month we will be opening up vizards to be able to join from all ranks, after going into more things we need to edit.

I also would like all active members to go into an invite frenzy of friends, and good role players to join srots.
