Silvra walked under the light of the silver moon, the light playing over her hair, sparkling on her hooves and dancing over her scales. She was a star walker and she enjoyed the night and all it's splendor. Though she had yet to explore further, she had found these woods fascinating but she had yet to find a guide out, a way past these tangling branches into something MORE interesting.

She found it pleasant here, in this land. Everything, even in Autumn seemed to be full of life. "Abouuut theese tieeme, in my land...eet would bee frozen.." She picked over the colorful carpet of leaves, leaving behind no trace that she had trod there. She was a large kirin, which wasn't strange for where she had come from, but was certainly strange here, as she encountered others that were almost a head shorter than she!

Often her size and her strange behaviours frightened away forest creatures and others like the small ones she had encountered before, but she wasnt to be denied this world! She nodded firmly and traveled on. " Iee need to fieend someone too...guieede me through theese place...who thought eet would be theese hard..." she flicked her tail, the ring on the end making a small jingling sound. " Ach, well..." she continued to press on.

User ImageZheadeos picked is way through the woods, the silver of the moon lit the forest through the tree branches where leaves had fallen beginning to leave them bare, holes not yet gaping spilled moonlight across the forest floor like spotlights directed at no one in particular. In comparison to his darker surroundings he stood out quite well, His face only being obvious in the moonlight, his white body like a beacon in the night.

On occasion he found himself restless in the night, unable to rest even after a full day's journey through the lands. This night was a night like that. Just as in the day life still continued, a critter here and there scurrying across his path, owl's hooting searching for their mousely prey. You could describe the night bathed in silver moonlight as majestic but what was really majestic was the Lake bathed in silver moonlight. Just the thought of the lake bathed in the light by the silvery moon sent a chill down his spine. "To the lake I go..." He now knew the reason for his restlessness, or at least an excuse.

He was light on his feet and his cloven hooves aided in not disturbing the blanket of leaves that coated the forest floor. Being what he was he was comfortable in the forest, a sense of being naturally home put him at ease and made him quite, careful to not disturb others at all times. He made an easy task of navigating through the forest, most as if he had a natural compass. The forest was his friend and part of him. So in the rough quietness of the forest the small jingling sound rang clear to him. "Someone else is out and about?" Though not drawn by curiosity he was pulled in the direction of the jingle, a sense of duty so to speak taking over his actions. Be it the cause of his restlessness or not he would seek out the sound and whatever may come along with it.

Quiet and quickly he made no waste of moving in the direction of the jingle. It had not been too far off but just far enough that he'd not picked up on the words before or even after the jingle. "Hello?" He tentatively called, in hopes of not really startling whoever or whatever he was approaching. He had once come across a squirrel playing with a bell tied to a tree branch, and that had not made good company, for he's startled the squirrel and it had attacked him. Vaguely not far in front of him he could make out something sparkling and glittering in the moonlight but he could not fully tell what it was that he saw.

Silvra paused, for a split second it had sounded like there was someone else in the woods with her, the faint whispering of a hoof other than hers. Then, she heard another sound, faint but definite. A "Hello" She turned and peered into the darkness, her silver eyes bright in the moonlight. Silvra could see in the dark pretty well, she had grown up in it, learned to be one with it. She found the other quite easily, noticing that, his coat was the opposite of hers. A bright white that fairly shone in the gloom of night. While she couldn't make out definite features she noticed that A. her visitor was a male, B. that he seemed to have antlers and C. That his voice seemed generally friendly.

This was good enough for the large mare as she slipped quietly forward and into a nearby moonbeam, revealing herself from the curtain of shadow. " Hallo to you, travehlar" She tried to curb her accent, wrinkling her delicate nose a little Iee hope i hav not...frieeghtened you. iee have not seen many ov theese land..." she smiled, hoping the male could understand her. " my name ees Forsilvra...Silvra vor short..eef you vish" She tilted her head, her cascade of silvery mane shimmering under the direct moonlight " vat ees yours?"

Zheadeos wasn't expecting what he saw when a large mare that looked as if she even stood a head taller then his own father. Not deterred he continued the small break away from his original path to head in the direction of the mare he knew not. "Ah no, you have not." He called not too loudly, the quiet of the night allowing his voice to carry easily. Though her other words were not so clear to him, they sounded odd and unfamiliar. He caught that her name was Forsilvra and Silvra for short, as he gained ground her words were slightly easier to understand. He dipped his head as he neared her. "My name is Zheadeos." He smiled softly. "I'm sorry but I couldn't quiet hear what you said after frightened." Apologetically he dipped his head hoping not to offend with her odd accent.

She blinked owlishly at the newcommer, as he got closer it was much easier to distinguish his features. She had never seen such creatures in her land...well, she shouldn't call him a creature really, horned ones. Yes. That was the proper name. " Horned one, you are" She tried to slow down her speech and focus on pronouncing the words right so the male could understand her properly. Her accent was thick as she had only recently traveled here, she dipped her horn, gracefully and appologetically " iee am sorry, ees stieel deeficult to pronounce vords..." She flicked a silver studded ear " Zheee-a-deee-os" she sounded out his name " eenteresting...verry nieece name...vell met" she felt the side of her lips curl into a smile. This Zheadeos seemed nice. Curious, but nice. And that was what mattered, there were worse she could have happened upon in the starlit night.

" Ach...sorry..." she wrinkled her brow and repeated it, slowly this time.
" Iee have just reecently come to theese land, iee am...sadly, unfameeliar vith it...vould you happen to know your vay around?"
She hoped he was not as lost as she, though she shook her head, no, no wanderer of these woods could not know their way around, getting themselves lost would be foolish.

Zheadeos pondered her accent, or what he thought would be considered an accent, he'd never really heard one before but he was sure this was what an accent was. He stopped moving forward once he wasn't too far away, there was a respectable distance between him and the mare. Where he was light she was dark and glittered with silver, and where he had two antlers she had one, it was similar to the mares of his kind that were graced with antlers but it was singular and centered like uni's horn. Her slow words came out thick but not too hard to understand. "It's no problem, I can gather your general statements." He dipped his head softly.

His small deer tail flicked creating a small movement, she smiled in return. This was good, she had not taken offense to him not understanding what she'd said earlier. "Welcome then. I do know my way around." He nodded softly taking a look about where they were standing. He could still make his way to the lake from where they were, though the forest looked different at night then during the day he recognized the part of the forest he was in. "I was on my way to the lake, if you like you can join me."

Silvra smiled graciously, happy that the male could understand her, the speech of this land was sometimes hard for her to wrap her tongue around, where she was from the language was thick and old, but new languages were always a challenge, no matter who was trying to learn them.
" iee am glad you are...able to decently understand me Zheadeos. Sometimes iee realieeze ieet ees not easy."

She watched him, her silver eyes curious about his short tail and his large antlers, there were horned ones where she was from, but they were few and in between. She was happy to come across one so quickly here. " Oh good" she murmured, happy to find someone who did. " a lake? oh, marvelous~" she picked forward until she was close enough to the stallion and smiled down at him " please, lead the way."

Zheadeos smiled and began to pick his way back toward his initial course that would lead him to the lake. "I have a little sister that often spoke so fast few could understand her." He was fond of the memories he had of his sister, they always made him feel so light. He figured speech wasn't something easy to learn since there were those that grew up here did not all get the language, while others knew much more then he himself.

He glaced up at the tree tops where leaves had begun to fall. Gaps between showed the dark silver lit sky. "I don't often travel at night but I've traveled these forest's since the day I was first allowed to leave from my family." Though where he'd grown up had been home to him the forest called to him and made him welcome. "The Lake water is always best at two time in the day. Early morning and late into the night."
