Redd, I do not want you to leave the guild. I did trust him at one point. What I am saying is that you should have come to some of the people who have been in the guild, and been crew for long time. That would have included Dakota and Myself, Hell, I've held a Vice Captain spot for 5 months straight, and even been second in command a few times (for some reason it always gets taken away), There is a way to get active, and it is for the captains to step up to the plate. It can't be just one, it has to be all. we pm members asking if they need help making an RPC, (for those who don't have one), we tell them how to join squads. We accept RPC's quickly. There are many ways to get it active, but it takes work from the group not a single person. To me, If we got the concil active once again, we could do what we need to do. We have the guild tasks, but when Born and I wanted to start to get rid of the people, we were told that we couldn't.
I have not said this before because we could never get anyone to vote in the guild unless I pmed them personally. Half the time I have to bug Ace 20 times to go vote, (for those who don't know, we are going out.)
If this is to go through anyway, I say not to make all the power in one person, but 3 people. That way there is a vote, and if it is a bad idea that the proposer doesn't see, then it can be pointed out before it is too late. This still goes with your Idea, so why not make a smaller council of active members that vote.
This is my final say on the matter of Kaicho. Right now, we have the child (guild), that is sick, and we need to heal the child so it doesn't die. Remember also, different medicines heal in different ways.

Reddeye Gojiro Kiryu Well, if someone has a better idea to get the guild active again, which should have been brought up alot sooner before this was needed, I would love to hear it right now. Also, Dakota, I understand how you feel, and I was expecting alot more people to be against this because people don't want to just give up what they have had for so long to help this guild. However the council technically isn't even needed anymore, how often do we really even vote on anything, and when their is something to vote on, how often does anyone really even vote anymore? I mean I had to install a time system into this just for things to get passed or denied before a full month passed before people ever looked again. I do promise to give back the power to the council once the guild is breathing again. Also, Kage, I will put this on the table, and it is the first time I have ever done this. If Kaicho does not pull off a good job, and breaks his promises to me, I will step down from leader of this guild, quitting it, leaving my seat in 11 open to anyone. This is my word, and my word is always true when I give it. If he cannot be trusted, and he tries anything against this guild, and even if we stop him before he can do any true damage, I will still step down. I'll give the leadership back to dakota, and I will allow him to decide who would be best fit as the new leader of Srots. With this, I completely accept. And with him staking so much on the line, I say we allow him to do his thing with out this. This right here shows how much dedication Reddeye has to this guild, him being the oldest member still active with me a close second and to still offer to quit if things don't go right. Reddeye, I can honestly say I didn't trust this one bit at all, but with proper explanation like this, I'd walk by your side with you to Hell and back. Basically, I say let Reddeye do what he believe is good for the guild. He's offering everything if things don't go right, that's commitment.

Kage, I was going to point you, dakota, and Kaicho as my highest hands in this matter. I am going to be the person to go to first about all matters effecting this guild however. Now if you all don't still trust Kaicho, then watch him, I don't care if you watch him closely, but try not to make him feel unwelcome, that I won't have. This way if he looks to be trying to hurt this guild again, he can be instantly stopped by a quick message to me and have him kicked out permanently.
I however do trust him not to cross me. So starting tomorrow things will change, Dakota, Kage, and Kaicho are going to be my highest order, my generals, my hell hounds. We are going to be cleaning things out, deleting members who have not been active, by that no posting since last month, unless they have given heads up.
Captains now must prove themselves by a test we of the new higher council will create. Personally I saw a captain must have atleast a minimum of 7 to 8 paragraphs, which character speaking does not count as a sentence in the paragraphs, but verbal will be needed. This will only be the first part of the test needed. We will not take favorites, such as making only friends captains, only those who show leadership, and the true want to be a good leader. Among other things.

I do not see people actually taking the time to write 7-8 paragraphs Reddeye, even with the promise of being a captain. Frankly, its ridiculous and I only pull it off in some cases if I'm extremely bored. As for all of this, I'm just going to say that if things either get worse or don't improve I am not sure if I will be able to stay an help. Frankly, I've already got a plan that should help and was passed by the supposed "council" that we currently have. Although I have not had anyone come to me with ideas on it so at the moment I can't go through with it since I will need time to come up with things for it.

I see, well none the less, I'll say it again. I don't have an issue with this change but this may be the last chance to even help this guild get back up on its feet. If this doesn't work, then there is nothing more that can be done for this guild at all.

*puts finger over ban button* I've been ready to do that for a while nut just to let you know, from page 6 and on are already banned members.
I don't trust him, but I will work with him. If I see him misbehave, I'll tell you, and you get the belt. (lol, had to make that joke)

Well Kage, I want you, and Kai to pic about 2 other people to help you both ban people that are not active.
I also want Dakota and Zoro to go and pick two other people as well, and have them invite more people into the guild. By this I want them to create forums to this guild, state it's need of new members, it's open mind to them. Everyone however is to invite friends who will join and be active, and those friends invite more of their friends, and so on.
Ok Kage, I don't mind your want of the ban of him, but don't shoot prematurely, or you might splatter your mistake in a white oowy goowy mess all over the place (Had to make that joke, lol)
