Any suggestions on making them better? Or using other pictures? Or anything?

It's pretty good, but I think the text should stand out more. It's a little bit hard to read... other than that, it's nice. ^-^

Use a lighter color... or put a light-colored outline around it.

My biggest acomplishment would be the little banner thing for my Guild... And possibly the link to my guild in my sigi... I didn't think it was too bad.
