 It was a unusually cold and shaded dusk that day. The wind was howling throughout the land and a lone pup stood shivering in the snow. "I'm so cold I can barely breath," he thought to himself. He turned around and looked back, searching to see his tracks to see where he had came from, but alas the snow blown over them. A feeling of despair rushed over his soul for a second but the fire within in keep burning. He turned back around and inched his warm, saliva coated tongue out of his mouth. He placed it on the bitter cold snow and froze. He felt something but he wasn't sure what.

Amber walked with Roze along in the cold, not really paying attention to their surroundings.
"It's so cold out, the wind is hurting my eyes." Roze whined.
"Come on Roze, you should be used to this already, you are so spoiled" Amber joked, nudging Roze to go on.
They both continued, Amber now sensing a krok near by, forcing rose to stop, Amber tried to sniff it out, but she couldn't. So she had no clue if this was friend or foe.

With is tongue sticking out of his mouth, he could sense two animals where near. Not knowing with it was large game or another Krok, he still remained frozen in place. He closed his eyes and thought to himself, " I can turn around and run, but they might be able to catch them or I can stand my ground, meet them halfway, and truely say I went out fighting." The choice was clear as the summer sky to Earth. He withdrew in his tongue just enough so it was barely touching the ground and began making his way through the snow... directly for these strangers.

Amber sees the krok, then glared. "Who's there?" She sat, when she realized it was was a young boy. "Are you lost? if you are lost we can help you find your way home."
Roze looked at him and froze, she wondered, this krok looks like her lost brother, she wondered if it really was? She remembered they got separated a little after birth. "Do I know you?"

Earth slowly withdrew in his tongue and examined these other Kroks. from head to paw. His attention was focused on the light, pink rose colored one. He knew he knew her, but how. He's never been in a pack and never had a family. He pondered as he spoke looking at the sitting Krok. "I am Earth but you can call me Mahkah." He sighed and lowered his voice and head then muttered, "I am not lost from my home, because I do not have one." He turned his head over the rose one and softly spoke " I know you from somewhere but I don't know where from."

"I know you too, but where, I'm confused." She scratched her head.
"You know him Roze? But we found you as a pup, so how could you know him? Unless you met him while you were out wandering?"
Rose sniffed him, there were plenty of scents on him, but one that made her stomach clench, a very lonely feeling came back to her. "Where did you come from?"

Earth slowly circled the light, pink rose colored one, slowly placing one paw in front of the other after it sniffed him. He was racking his memory for this Krok. but all that swept over him was a cold and dark feeling from many moons ago. Earth didn't like this feeling and was temped to run off but he knew he must face this feeling if it was going to go away. He cleared his voice and spoke, "I don't really know where I have came from. All I know was that I used to live in a den but I left there in search of game."

"I don't remember, but ..." She started to feel sicck, something was bugging her deep inside
"We found you alone, in a field" Amber pointed out. She wondered about the two, but made sure Roze was in no danger.
"Oh, maybe we met or something? I dunno, I'm confused." She scratched her head. She was so confused, she knew him, but didn't.
