Is it a good investment? It has a "I am" pose so after halloween it will probably rise but if its a good investment when is the time to buy and sell?

im pretty sure these can be made any time with a recipe, right?
if so, then absolutely not a good investment

But it needs halloween loot which is rare and will not be available after halloween

Halloween loot will be rare after Halloween, but then again, this item will also have limited appeal after Halloween. It's a risk in the short term, I'd expect its popularity to rise again right before Halloween next year.
However, long term profitability depends on what they do or don't do for Halloween on zOMG next year. And we won't know that until next year.
