Type/Attribute: Dragon/Water

Effect:
1 tuner monster + 2 non tuner dragon monsters
When this monster is synchro summoned correctly, you may special summon 2 "Ice Dragon" tokens (Dragon/Level 3/ATK 1250/DEF 800). If you do this, decrease the attack and defense of this card by 500 points.

Personally the effect doesnt counter balance. You get 2 guardians if somehow your dragon gets taken down with a cost of 500. In my opinion if you added 2 words its effect woud balance out much better. Per Token

your probably right, but I don't really want a very weak card for being 9 star. It's a good suggestion but there are monsters that can counter that.
