I like most types of cheesecake.
But my absolute favorite cake in the whole world is medianyk - aka, Russian honey cake. =O~~~~

Is baklava technically a type of cake? (No, this is a real question and I am not being sarcastic. I have never tasted or seen it before.)
Update: I looked it up, so now I have seen it... The question still stands, though.

Now that I think of it, it isnt really cake so much as a sort of sweet like bread item.
I would like to switch that with Angel Food Cake for my 3rd choice. ^8^
