I have some ideas floating around in my head on how I can set up my own little gift shop/art thread for Christmas. So I'm going to just play around with it in this thread. Once I put more up I'll post an OOC thread where you can share your suggestions for it and what you think about it. Here is the suggestions thread that I made for it so if you have any suggestions post them there please. ❤

x x xAbove the door hangs the sign that reads "Welcome to The Lil' Gift Shop" You enter the little store to see rows and rows of shelves, covered in gift boxes of all shapes, sizes, and colors. You are soon approached by a rather jovial man in a Santa suit, "Welcome to the store! You're probably wondering why everything that we're selling is already wrapped. Well, sometimes people can't decide what to give someone as a gift - or some people just love the thrill of surprise! Here you can buy a pre-wrapped gift for your dear friends and they'll receive the surprise gift on Christmas Day. The gifts won't open until then. Feel free to browse, I'm sure you'll find a box that you like."
It was an odd store introduction but as you look around at the boxes you do become curious about what is inside them and the magic that keeps them wrapped until December 25th...

x x xAfter the man dressed up as Santa left you to browsing an employee of the store (you assume) dressed up as an elf approaches you. He tells you to follow him to a back room, where the particularly special presents are.He takes you behind the curtain and you see gift boxes similar to the ones out side but these are much bigger. He tells you that the nicer the wrapping - the better the gift inside will be. But these gifts are special and you can't buy one for yourself, you can only buy one to give it away. You can either give it anonymously (it will be pm'd to it's owner saying: From Santa) or you can give it to them yourself! The particularly generous customers may even get their very own gift from Santa for their kindness and giving. It is the season to give after all!
The elf assures you that each gift is worth more than what the price to buy it is and that you can't go wrong with these gifts. There is a very short form to fill out to be able to give one and then a small fee depending on the wrapping that you choose. _____________________________
What's really in the gift boxes? Art. The gijinka that you give it to will receive art from me. How much effort gets put into it depends on which box you choose from the choices below. I can promise that you won't get ripped off, this is my gift to the guild, all of the prices you will find to be very cheap for what you get. I'm sure you're wondering 'If it's a gift to the guild then why do I have to pay at all?' Because, it is also a gift from you to the person you're sending it to, and it wouldn't be worth very much if all you had to do was ask for one. The prices are affordable for anyone though, at least I hope so. Also, I did draw the boxes myself so please don't steal them. Sample of my work: DA or Any of my characters profiles.
If you come into the shop and you haven't received a gift box yet then you may buy one for yourself, only one. x x xWrapping Paper Box: 3k gold x x xBox With Ribbon: 6k gold x x xBox With Ribbon and Bow: 10k gold

x x xAfter you finished selecting your box the elf returned with a form for you to fill out for your purchase. He also reminds you that if you do want the gift to be given anonymously that you have to be discreet about the form (pm it to me and I will take care of it). Also after completing the form you need to pay for your box (send me a trade after you post/pm the form: all trades must be completed by Christmas Eve I will send you a watermarked sample if you want but remember not to show it to it's recipient!). As you finish he adds in, "Merry Christmas! I hope that you have a nice holiday!" x x xHo Ho Ho! To: (the name of the specific gijinka that the art is for. Must be in guild gijinka!)
