Majinuni continued to hiss and giggle, bearing his filthy, blood-stained fangs. "Your ignorence only proves my theory that you hyenas truely are as wretched and dumb as you look...Ausha is the most beautiful, God-like being that has ever graced this world..." The cheetah cub had a strange tone to his voice as he spoke of Ausha, as if he was in an almost trance-like or catatonic state. "It's...really just a matter of time before he crushes you all...ashes to ashes and dust to dust!" Saying that, the cub burst into a fit of laughter, his tail whipping violently back and forth as he prepared to pounce.
It was too late however, as the hyena had already sprung into attack. Majinuni just managed to dodge the attack, which caused his grin to fade into a dark frown. This hyena seemed rather quick, but he would be no match for him. "Stupid mutt..." His yellow eyes beamed brightly. "I'm going to..." He trailed off, his eyes widening as he caught the scent of another. "Oh...oh dear..." Without a second to spare, the cub bolted, having caught the strong scent of the Alpha hyena. Having grew up in the Graveyard, he had learned to run easily across the land of bones, and his pads were already so raw and cut up that he no longer felt pain in his paws as the bones splintered and cracked underneath him.

Rasuli barely heard the cheetah's words, his mind too focus on breaking the feline's legs. Maybe after he'd done that he'd break his jaw to stop him spouting such rubbish from his mouth. A couple of the words did find their way to his ears though. Mostly 'dumb' and 'wretched', which simply infuriated him more. If he had known of Ausha and how Mafa had very nearly killed him, and even left him with a permanent limp, he would have had plenty to scoff at. God-like? Oh no, not in the slightest. And if Mafa could wound such a god-like and impressive creature that Majinuni made Ausha out to be, then obviously she was better!
But as it was, he didn't know all this history just yet and he was far too preoccupied in taking a chunk out of this insulting waste of fur and fleas before him. The hard snap of his jaws closed on nothing though, the cheetah managing to dodge the first attack. But he whirled his head quickly to follow after him, ready to try another bite. Yet the cheetah must have finally come to his senses, a look of fear appearing on his face and suddenly fleeing.
Rasuli chased him a few feet too as he ran away. "Hahaha! Coward! Is that what this Ausha taught you to do? Run away? Idiot! You don't belong here! Don't stop running feline, until you've left the pack's lands!" He practically crowed in triumph, an enormus grin spreading on his face. Not far from where their face-out had begun he trotted to a stop and watched the speedy cat disappear. He wouldn't have been able to catch him but he had frightened him off.
It was only when he started back to where he'd left his little treasure-find of marrow-filled bones that he caught the scent of his alpha, and two others... definaly not feline but not exactly hyena.... He stood over his small meal and looked about around him. "Mafa? Is that you? Who's there?"

Haveo's ear twitched in the direction of the young hyena's voice. "Haveo and I do not fear hyenas. I was raised by them after all." He held a remice gaze for a short time. One ear was honed in on the hyena the other on the female. His focus was divided but he was still guarded. He was cautious, he had to be careful. If not, it could cause a situation that resulted in death.
With his back paw he kicked a bone in the direction of the hyena pup. If that pup was as cocky and territorial as Haveo thought, the pup would come up here. That would leave a slight chance of escape. Though he may of needed a pack, he was slightly afraid of joining one. Betrayl came to mind.

The female's head tilted, one trained ear flicking at the sound of the bone falling. "Raised by hyenas...? I've never heard of such a thing before..." Glancing down at the pup below, she chuckled. "But then again, not more than a mane and a few physical features seems to seperate us wild dogs from hyenas..." Green eyes turned back to the male, watching him. "Have you a pack at all...?

Mafa scoffed silently in her hiddens state as she listened to the ignorant cheetah with perked ears. This was all so amusing, Ausha, beautiful and God-like? Please. He was the worst lion she had ever seen and if given the chance, she'd kill him faster than he could blurt out an exaggerated 'darling'. She wished nothing but the worst for that insolent youth, starting a pride in her home, what was that flea bitten creature thinking.
At the snap of Rasuli's teeth, Mafa's attention was reverted to the scene down below. She watched them intently, oblivious to the wild dogs near by. And then, suddenly, the little cheetah ran off, with Rasuli yapping at his heels. Mafa grinned a wide, malicious grin, he was coming along quite well. At the pup's words Mafa ears perked again and she emerged from the shadows, looking her usual, cruel way.
"Right here Rasuli, right here.... Excellent job with that way ward feline, but I expect you to make it bleed next time. I will not have Ausha's little spys running around here like they own the place. That Ausha means nothing, someday Rasuli, I will show him to you, and you will get quite a laugh"
There was a rare tone of amusement in the last part of her comment, but that quickly faded as her attention quickly shifted to a new, unfamiliar scent in the air. She had sensed the wild dogs, but had no idea what they were. Her hackles bristled and she moved closer to Rasuli,
"Whatever you are, I suggest you not hide on my land, show yourself, or I'll find you myself"

Haveo's eyes narrowed and sad smirk formed. "They may of raised me, but they are not my kind. I do not belong. Besides, we have been found out." The adolescent stepped to the ledge, where he was lay. He stood tall, his malnourished frame shadowed.
The female, her scent was everywhere in these lands. Perhaps the pack leader. That only reminded him of the past. He scowled. The male took a step, not caring about the other wild dog. Inside he was so joyous to of at last found someone like him, but it was too awkward.
He moved so that the sun casted no shadow upon his look. Indigo eyes became void of emotion, his posture confident. Haveo looked to the two hyenas, no sign of being submissive shown. There, he stayed and waited.

The young hyena looked about as other voices filled the air. Not the cheetah's or Mafa's, a stranger's.. and two of them! He looked all about him until he caught a vague direction from which the voices and their scents came from, he couldn't yet see them atop the hill bones. Who were they? And were they dangerous to him? The cheetah hadn't been since he was no bigger than himself. But Rasuli didn't know about these two. Staring that way intently, he only tore his gaze from the direction when Mafa showed herself.
At her appearance he felt relief. Back-up was certainly desired when facing an unknown foe. And in Rasuli's young mind Mafa was bettered only by the nameless and bodyless voice of the god he followed. When she spoke he quickly closed the distance between them. A small grin on his face, his licked his maw thoughfully. A compliment! It was almost too good to be true! And a tip for improvement, one he would take on-board now. She did have a point, all very well chasing them off but better to give them something to remember the encounter from and they'd not forget it very soon.
"Yes Mafa, next time I will! If I see him again he won't even have a chance to open his lying mouth. Was he a spy? Well I only told they had no place here and he'd be wise to tell that to the others." He nodded, grinning at her comment about this so-called Ausha. "I would like that."
But as she called out to the other two strangers that remained here he quickly remembered them too. Standing close to her, for support and to show his allegiance, Rasuli look on curiously as the confident and unusal-looking canine came down closer. Athough with his alpha at his side he showed no fear of the animal who larger than himself.

The female wild dog wondered for a moment if Haveo was mad, but then she thought of how they were much thinner than the hyenas. They could navigate some of the gaps to escape should they have to. She wasn't sure why, but she followed him down, ears held up, walking with the pride of her long-gone pack. Or it would seem they were gone. What was left was a mere idea in her mind of how it used to be, an idea shared between her and her dear cousin. Even if it was only two dogs, their pack would live on, and she carried such pride in her light step, in the way she looked at the hyenas with indifference to the power they held.
