This is where the Generals and there aids would meet to discusses war and military. This was the first part of the inner city that fell to the demons. Even though it was beyond fortified to hold off attacks for at least a year. The heads of the Generals where placed on spears and surround the Command Center. It destroyed much of the moral of the army. Now it is used as the make HQ for the Demon armies on the surface. If this place would to fall it would mean disorder for the demon armies.
