Bad role-players in my standards tend to be those who don't know proper use of grammar, punctuation and proper use of characters.
There's the God Moder's, who always claim others characters, fall in love with them in five seconds, and are OMFG AMAZINGLY powerful.
And be wary how long your posts are, depending what types of role-playing you're in. One-liners kill everybody's creativity. It's a very limited space to work with.
Basically, if you use good description, no god moding, and okay grammar, you can go at it okay. Again, there's always room for improvement. I learned a better way of role-playing from my friends and books I read. It helps me learn more vocabulary, how to describe things, etc. You learn something everyday, and if you're really determined, use it in your role-playing. :3❞
