Brief Character Description: A purple pony with a double tone to her mane and tail. The pink is more often the shorter cut parts, while a cream takes over the few chunks she left long. Her cutie mark is three sticks of strawberry pocky.

She's a rather cheery thing, but can snap to a bad mood just as easy as a pocky stick. Her moods can be all over the place, but she can reign it in depending on how well she knows the phony. She does get a bit lonely at times, but otherwise doesn't care too much about what's around her.

Cutie Mark 8D: A patch of swirls of the colors of her hair
Brief Character Description: Neone Shine is one who loves both friends, and sweets. She's often found daydreaming while looking at something colorful, like the flowers within Phonyland, or even playing with something that she found lying around. She loves to make up games, and is always one to volunteer if a baby needs some watching.

Fireflight: Usually we only allow up to three colors - if it's streaks, then she'd be conditional. If it's sectioned in blocks like Rainbow Dash, then that's fine. I'm assuming the latter, please let me know otherwise.
