~ How it works ~
Throughout November, there'll be opportunities to bring your Oasis pets out to play. Have fun! Earn rewards! Lower your cholesterol! ... kay, maybe not that last one. But it'll still be fun!
Once or twice a week (or maybe more!), Lumi will be posting RP prompts or activities in the guild. Everyone is welcome to participate - encouraged to participate, even! The more prompts you reply to, the more points you'll earn. Points can be redeemed at the end of the month for special prizes. Think Chuck E. Cheese. Only without the kids throwing up pizza part.

Q) What kind of special prizes?
A) Well, there'll be a range, from exclusive mini otters, to items for your pets, to familiars, to the graaaand prize!
Q) ... okay, what's the graaaand prize!
A) I'm not sure yet! =D
Q) But Lumi! That's not very encouraging to my creative muse. :<
A) Eesh. Artists. Okay, my plan is to offer a custom otter/predator, breeding, or special potion to the winner, based on what they want. I.e. You'll get to pick. Kay?
Q) How do I win points? How do I win the graaaand prize??
A) You'll get a point just for participating, each time you do it. With each prompt or 'task', there will be certain challenges. Each challenge you complete successfully will earn you additional points. Most points at the end wins the graaaand prize; different 'levels' of prizes will go to different numbers of points on down from there. EVERYONE who replies at least once will win something, though. *pins a green Participant ribbon on a passing mini* =D
Q) Okay, I see what's in it for me. But, do I need a pet to participate?
A) No; I want this to be open to everyone. You can RP as yourself, as a Gaian version of yourself, as a pet from a different shop ... whatever you choose. And you don't need to use the same character each time.
