Those two bits coming off at the very right end (on the N) seem a little pointless, I'd try it without those and just make the one part of the N just a little bigger.
Otherwise, that's a really cool throwie! I like it.
The lettering looks really crazy and the style is pretty unique.
Obviously if you wanted to do a quick throwie somewhere you'd have to simplify it a bit unless you had time, but it is sick.
Just to let you know, we've got sections where you can post your stuff and we will review it.
