What in particular do you need help with (more specific)?
If something is happening at school and the teachers do nothing, you may want to go to the vice principal or principal. And if they don't help, try the school board. If something abuse related is happening, they cannot ignore it without some serious consequences.

Yes, you can post information here as long as you want to. It would be nice if you posted in more detail of what happened so everyone who wants to help can give you more information on what to do.
If someone is doing that to you then you should go to the principal or you should go to the police. I would say your parents but it seems like you have a quarrel with them.

Do you have another family member you could talk to about your dad? Also the same for the school issue. Get a family member to go up to the school about it because you don't deserve this. Is there not a way to report teachers who don't help pupils in trouble?

What your teachers are doing is illegal. They can be fired for what they're not doing to help you.
That being said, I would recommend calling the police. You could also look up "child abuse _____", fill in the blank with your state name, for help numbers you can call. You could also call Childhelp USA's national hotline for child abuse, 1-800-4-A-CHILD. That's the number my friend called when her dad was doing s**t to her and the police came literally the same DAY and put a restraining order on her father.

of course there's people here who you can talk to about these things
but look if the teachers arent helping you you need to go higher up the chain
talk to the vice principal or even principal
if anything they will help although I have my doubts about administration people nowadays
if anything remember we're here for support
