I'm curious how everyone is doing with their studies.
I just had a katakana quiz on Wednesday. That I failed.
You think someone who has been studying Japanese/has been interested in Japanese since they were 11 would actually know Katakana. Haha. I managed to teach myself Hiragana, and about 100 kanji and some radicals, but I don't have the ability to learn Katakana. hehe.
I am doing quite well in my class. I got an A on the first two quizzed, and two B's which I was upset about. It means I have to work harder to study because I got a 30/40 on my speaking assessment because I was sick and I didn't even study what I was supposed to be studying. Haha. that's okay though, we have another one coming up in Decemebr so I'll make sure I study for that one.
We're working more on Kanji and verbs at the moment and I'm making sure that I can understand all of the verbs and their endings along with suru and kuru because they are irregular.
I'm one of those people who understand the language with speaking and listening but not with writing and tests. That's a first. I was good at writing with French and German. :/
学ぶ日本語![Learn Japanese!]
Learn to speak Japanese in this guild! Kanji will be displayed, as well.
