Hugo is the youngest of the elemental children and is the most active one. He showed his power in the 400 year war by being the frist to take action against Luc, Yuber, and Hikusaak. He eventualy conviced his other siblings to help him save Luc and to defeat Yuber's and Hikusaak's plans. He joined the neutral order with his siblings. Hugo is powerful and can hold his own against Luc, and Geddoe for short time spans. He is favored by those with burning passions. He is all so the most hot headed of the 5 elemental siblings, acting on his heart or emotions.
