Description:
Technique is created to aid Taijutsu users against two groups of enemies - Byakugan users, and Sharingan users. This jutsu creates a layer of chakra over the skin of the user, protecting against having their tenketsu spotted - Byakugan -, or against having the minute movements in their muscles spotted - Sharingan -. Usage of this technique reduces accuracy of the Jyuuken (Gentle Fist), and reduces the veracity of the predictive capabilities that the Sharingan provides its users. It also prevents Sharingan wielders from accurately copying any jutsu that is begun by the user of this technique.
NOTE:
This technique has several drawbacks, the biggest being this: Anyone with the Chakra Coat technique active cannot use any other jutsu. No Fireballs, no earth spires, no blades of wind or spouts of water. Use of any jutsu at all negates the activation of this technique - the chakra layer on the skin is absorbed into the technique that is being used. Example: A shinobi has the Chakra Coat active, and uses a Gokakyu no Jutsu. He loses his Chakra Coat, and his Grand Fireball becomes infinitesimally stronger.
This technique also drains chakra, equal to its activation cost, once per turn.

NOTE: This technique can only be used by two classes of shinobi/kunoichi - Taijutsu, and Weapon Users.
