Alright everyone, this is to keep track of your custom techniques, weapons, and if you make one, bloodline.
Rule #1:
For each RPC you have, create one topic to contain all of that RPC's custom techniques or weapons. Your RPCs do not get to share customs unless you actually RP them meeting and training one another, so customs will be limited to the RPC that you submitted them for in the Custom Request thread.
Rule #2:
Bloodlines. If you have a Custom Bloodline, make a new thread with the name of the RPC who has it. If both RPCs have it, then put them in. In the post, you will put the bloodline itself. Any subsequent posts in that thread must be alterations to that bloodline (For example, a new technique, a new weakness, etc.)
Rule #3:
Do not put OOC chatter in here. This forum is solely for the tracking of customs, not jib jab about those customs. If you think someone has a custom technique that is too powerful, PM me about it and I will look into it. DO NOT post in here whining about it, whatever you post will be ignored. If you want to learn a technique, PM the person about having your RPCs meet, don't ask in here.

Alright, post styles.
Members: Make a normal thread.
Crew: Sticky thread for your RPCs.
Sannin/Kage rank RPCS: Sticky thread. Yes, even if you are just a member with an RPC who is Sannin/Kage Rank, put it in a Sticky thread.
VC/Captain/Bloodlines: If you are one of the first two, or you have created the third, put it in an Announcement thread.
Alright, those are the basic rules. If something crops up that I didn't cover here, I'll make a new rule. Oh - DO NOT POST IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT THREAD! Exceptions are the VCs and Captain.
