Exactly what the title says! We each have a thread so you can ask us questions, well, here's the place for us to ask you. Post here and tell us what you want in a candidate. What do you want done? How do you want it done? These are all important things, and will be taken into account.

Akura if you dont mind, i have a few questions to ask you while you wait for Hinote to answer your question.
What exactly were you lookin for in a candidate? What qualities of those did Hinote have that others may not have had?

Erm, questions to candidates go in the candidate threads so more people can see them. I already answered your first question there. You can ask it again though if you want, because I remembered some other stuff after answering it.
For your poison idea... That's more belonging in suggestions in the main guild isn't it? This is more for things such as...
"I want a captain who will make more ways to get money."
"I want the free agency removed."
"I want the captain to make the systems less confusing."
Stuff like that.
If however you did some work on a poison table, we could take a look at it and see if it could work. Poison isn't my area of expertise though...

I want a guild captain that will be creative with his ideas, listen to members especially those that aren't crew and occasionally when it is applicable compromise with members on certain topics such as the stat system and what not. A guild captain whom wants to hear what the members have to say, their ideas for the guild and shaping it's future as we are an integral part of it's functioning in both the now and the future...

Fast? In a way that benefits a lot of people, and possibly me? { Yes, I'm going to make most of my answers involve me... Just because I feel like it. ^.^ Hey, that was a good one. }

What Do I want in a captain? ... I simply want a grammar Nazi as my guild captain!
What I want in a guild captain is someone that can keep an eye in the Rp, that if he/she sees something that's fishy, or just unclear he will make you do it again to avoid confusion. I want HInote as my guild captain cause I believe that together with the crew, Hinote can make Dons a better place for all.

Hmm very intelligent response Raijin. My question to you though is has any of the candidates show themselves to be fit into what you're looking for? And also for the ones that haven't met up to your requirements what are they lacking?

Although I know duck has been moderating a lot around the guild, I'm not sure if doing Customs is enough to warrant him becoming the guild's stand in captain. But then you have Nerd, who helped with some of the systems, made the Marketplace system, and such. but he also changed the Chakra system, and that was an extremely rash decision. { As far as I know you crew hadn't finished deliberating on it. } And a Rash guild master is never a good idea. I haven't seen you moderate enough to be sure that you'd do a good job, so I can't really critique you. And Hinote, Sadly he might be good, But from his Campaign, there is no way in hell I'd vote for him. Having a Critique guild captain is NOT a good idea. They should be able to critique, but they should base their campaign solely on that ability. That makes them seem like they have nothing more than that ability. Every Guild Captain should be able to critique well, but unless they can make the system adjustments fairly easily, and let the Crew have a good look at it, and maybe a few members who range in their guild wide view, and adjust their work accordingly.

Well actually Nerd didn't make the marketplace system...he got that from me when I made it in L&L. Actually I was the first to suggest we use it here, he just posted it up first....Which is why when I see him in RL I'm going to hit him with a falcon punch to the nuts.
What do you think of the way I answered my interview questions? Is there anything you like, or don't like?

Kumo, I honestly have to laugh at what you're saying here. First you say you specifically do not want me as a captain, then on your requirements, you described... Me. Sure, I might not always be the best guy around, but I do fit most of the requirements that you have set. According to everyone else I've ever talked to anyways.
Your last paragraph there seems to have taken only one sentence from my Q&A thread, and turned it into my entire platform somehow. If you look a bit closer, you'll find that everything you're asking for is in there.
Honestly, I really have to question why you hate me so much. All I can think of is back when you posted some customs in POTS and I denied most of them for being, quite simply, bad.

Mistah: So far the only two candidates I have really seen showing me that they have what I am looking for are you and Duckmasta. Hinote not so much just because I have yet to interact with him that much, and as for Nerd I have seen some good things so far but not as much as you and duck.
What they are lacking:
Hinote: Well for one I simply haven't really been watching you, so I couldn't say what your lacking, I am familiarizing myself right now with you trying to determine how good of a candidate you really are.
Nerd: Pretty much the same as Hinote, while I have had more interaction with you making you higher in my personal poll you are still below Mistah and Duck due to the lower amount of interaction I have had with you, also trying to familiarize myself with you to see how good of a candidate you truly are as well...
