It simply creates a large cloud of smoke to allow the user to escape.

Description: A technique that enables the user to walk on the surface of water by concentrating chakra into the feet. It is also used for training; it allows an individual to learn how to control the release of chakra.
○ Kage Shuriken no Jutsu (Shadow Shuriken Jutsu[It hides one shuriken, usually a windmill shuriken, in the shadow of a previous one.)

○ Raiton: Raikagebunshin (Lightning Release: Lightning Shadow Clone Jutsu[Originally used by Kakashi, the user creates a clone that can attack and damage opponents, but can only withstand one well-placed hit. However, when they are defeated, they turn into a burst of lightning that paralyzes foes.])
○ Chidori Senbon-The shinobi reshapes the Chidori in his hand into the form of countless senbon. It has more specialized speed than the normal Chidori and can cause damage throughout multiple places on the body. Chidori Senbon can become even more effective by using it together with the Sharingan, allowing one to precisely shoot for the enemy's vital points.
○ Chidori Eisō-The user increases the range of his Chidori by using form manipulation to extend it into a blade up to 5 meters in length. This blade is capable of splitting into multiple additional blades upon contact with an enemy, drastically increasing the number of wounds it can inflict though these additional blades are proportionally weaker than a single focused one. The blade however can be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries.
○ Chidori Shuriken-The user creates a chidori and grabs a windmill shuriken. The shuriken is charged with lightning and can paralyze as well as cut.
○ Suiton: Suiton: Suijinheki (Water Release: Water Encampment Wall[It creates a wall of water. Kakashi has been seen to use this with a preexisting water source, however Darui(Body Guard of the Fourth Raikage) can use it by firing water from his mouth, which is how Sosuke uses it.])
○ Suiton: Haran Banshō-This Jutsu allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. This jutsu can be canceled in an instant.
○ Suiton: Bakusui Shōha-After spitting out a great volume of water from his mouth, the enemy is swallowed up by this advancing surge and crushed. The user can ride the wave, allowing them to move at high speed, and attack the enemy, now swept off their feet, without fear of counter-attacks, the amount of water created is proportional to the amount of chakra used. When used with Kisame's enormous chakra, even dry wastelands will turn into an ocean. Afterwards, the excess water can presumably be used for additional water release jutsu.
○ Suirou no Jutsu (Water Prison Technique)
Description: A move used to trap the victim inside a prison of water; it is very difficult to escape. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep one hand against the prison at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This is considered one of the strongest water trapping jutsus, simply because it has no inherent duration; the technique can be held indefinitely as long as the user keeps a hand in place, and the prison cannot be escaped or broken from the inside.
○ Mizu no Tatsumaki- A technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
○ Ranton: Reizā Sākasu (Storm Release: Laser Circus[Darui uses his Storm Release to create several bright beams of electricity that shoot at his enemy. A halo of bright energy spreads from Darui's hands as he uses this technique. The beams are able to alter their direction after being shot. It's really just a lightning release, but it has a different release title.])

The clone then performs something like the primary lotus, a downward spin move, before slamming them in the ground. As the opponent hits the ground, the clone bursts, shocking the opponent as well.
○ Rai no Shunshin, Butsuri-teki Hakai (Bodyflicker of Lightning, Physical Destruction[Sosuke uses shunshin to turn into a flicker of lightning. While he is moving quickly, he hits the opponent with a powerful falling kick, smashing them into the ground. It looks like the opponent is hit with a flash of golden lightning and is very fast, but below average in raw power])
○ Rai no Shunshin, Fōringu Hakai (Bodyflicker of Lightning, Falling Destruction.[Sosuke creates a clone that grabs the opponent and throws them high into the air. Sosuke follows them and while they're falling, he attacks them by using shunshin, flashing across their body in a criss-cross pattern, hitting them each time he crosses.

He can't use any of the Fourth Hokage's jutsu, but his chakra is golden. All of his lightning jutsu are Golden lightning, and thus, he is called the Golden Flash. He is a powerful user of both lightning and water techniques, and is very fast.

I didn't want a bunch of jutsu since he is young for a Sannin. It shows that the jutsu he does know he has trained and mastered. I put in a picture, is it showing up? Also he doesn't have a bloodline. The golden chakra isn't a bloodline, everyone's chakra color is different. Amd the lightning shunshin is a real jutsu. The shunshin has a lot of variations, like a wind shunshin, a leaf shunshin, or a water shunshin.

The jutsus are fine then, but you can only be named a sannin by the hokage of the village. I myself would have to name you a sannin, so for now you have to be a jouunin. Go on a couple of missions and I will consider rising your rank. And you still need a bloodline though.

You can have a kekkei Genkai if you wish. I am ok with that, but you have to have jutsus that fit that genkai, it can't be god-modding, and you can't have to many jutsus.
