I rather to try and expell or remove evil, rather than ignore it.

But then, there are extents to what you would call 'evil'.

For example, my older sister believes purely in evolution of the universe, rather than in a God.

Some would consider that evil, but not me.

She can believe what she wants, but if she doesn't believe in a God, it at least means that she can't believe in Satan, and is therefore on neither terms.

But I know what you mean.

I think the monkey thing
means... that you're supposed to
avoid getting into situations... involving... evil?
like, don't watch movies with people doing evil, don't listen to songs
promoting evil, and don't spread evil yourself.
(to name a few examples of hear, see, say)
so it's not that annoying.... when you think of it that way...
