Connecting the desolate underground complex to the world above are eight staircases that originate from the basement found inside the main tower of Las Noches, and encircles the walls of the labyrinth before terminating in front of one of maze’s entrances. It is the last source of light from the outside world, and beyond this point, one must rely on other sources of precious illumination if one does not want to crawl around in the dark.
Note that this is the last area where light is present, beyond this is absolute darkness. Though, of course, one can create other means of illumination. This is more of a side-stop if anything else, though.
