Headmistress Lillian Van Nikolai
When Fionna met her in the entrance hall she wasted no time and just ran onto the grounds, on the path she'd already made. "You have to dig him out!" She said as they ran across the grounds, the heavy wind pushing them back. The path was already almost covered up, but a few spells and swishes of her wand and it was clear again.
"Almost there!" She called through the snow, dashing to the Whomping Willow. She levitated one of the dead branches that had recently fallen to jab at the place near the roots. The tree was practically frozen stiff so it didn't resist too much. She crawled again, Fionna behind her, through the passage. When they made it to where the shrieking shack should be, it was nothing but blinding white snow.
“Fionna,” She said, teeth chattering in the cold, “Transform as best you can, the nose is what matters most so focus on that as b-best as y-you c-c-can.” It was getting colder. “Sniff him out, you'll do a better job th-than a d-doe.”
The thought of Lucas dead under the snow was more than she could bear. She knew he'd be freezing, he'd been out here for at least an hour, adding up how long it took to get here, back, get Fionna, and get here again. In the meantime, while Fionna was transforming, Lillian kept melting the snow as best as she could to make it a little bit easier. Oh God I hope we find him quickly...
