It's almost Halloween and I know what I'm gonna dress up as. xd However, I need some help. First off, I'd really like to know how to make a hat w/cat ears (i dont care if it from scratch or customizing a beanie or something). Second, I would like some advice on customizing some pants to make them look like catscratch pants. Any advice? question

For the cat scratch pant, just rip near then knees and get an ink stamp of a cat paw for the prints.
As for the band... Don't they sell those for like five bucks at the costume store? If not, you could always just cut some out and clip 'em onto your hair with a hairclip.
