RULES1: This is a FUN IC event, there won't be any monster attacks (sadly, jkjk) just a bunch of sugar high spawn hanging out playing silly games, eating to much candy, and getting painted on.
2: Try to behave you spawn! LOL Keep in mind there will be lots of miny spawn around, so those in charge (Luthor and Ciaran as well as some of the other Young Adults) will be there to send spawn home that start fights.
3: There are several sections to the RP event. If you person is in say the OPEN AREA and goes to the GAME AREA use the following code at the bottom of your post:
[b][color=Orange](spawns name) is LEAVING (area your in) to GO TO (area your going to)[/color][/b]
Of all the rules THREE is the MOST important since I am sure people will be nice around the little spawn. The third rule is so that people don't try to talk with a spawn that they thought was one place but was already in another area of the park.
4: We know everyone can't be around all the time, as such if you play the games you don't have to wait for those in charge but do at least acknowledge them. Like: Sup Ily! *smashes a pumpkin* But better posts then my example. LOL
