I got both from Rue 21. I'd never even heard of it before I went there yesterday but they sell a lot of cute girly stuff like this. Its pretty inexpensive too.
A belt would probably look nice but I don't have any. :c And I'm indifferent to the cardigan. I think it looks good with or without it.
