Here is a list I personally think match okay--the blue-black is, unfortunately difficult to match in my opinion. The only thing that really matches perfectly to me, are the Fort trousers:

Pale Marionette

Stallion Black Polyester Pants (I'm not sure you'd consider them formal but they do match the blue-black decently)

Ring Master (I'm a little torn on these though. I like the way the silhouette of the legs looks with the jacket but the black is not the same) =(

Lydexer's Wedding Pants (Again....kinda torn? It looks okay if you don't mind the pattern)
