I'm inclined to give Jacob the heave-ho for Kaidan as well, but to be different I'd dump Zaeed for Wrex.
I'd swap Jacob for the two light mecs he was fighting at the beginning of ME2, and so for Kaidan, that would be an amazing deal!
And about Zaeed, I hate his guts, so I've only recruited him in one of my accounts, so Wrex would, once again, be awesome, because in my opinion he is the only Krogan who makes sense becauseother Krogan are too violent and don't seem to know what's best for them. Wrex is different, he's funny and smart! But other Krogan...(Krogan-lovers, please don't kill me, I'm sorry, I like the Quarians!).
On a side note, doesn't it seem like Jacob has no personality-at all?
