It was a normal day. School was normal, his family acted normal, training went normally as usual, everything was normal and...rather boring. Cui was not an adventurer, yet this absolute mundane day made him feel that he could use one. There he was, sitting in Ichigo-koi bar, sitting in his usual corner and sipping on tea while others drank and smelt of sake and alcohol. He came to his place because he thought things would get interesting. At his current state, Cui wouldn't have minded if a fight had started between the drunkards. Unfortunately, it didn't go as he had wished. Even the bar today was normal, with people coming in and going out every few minutes. Nobody stayed really long, at least not long enough to cause some sort of unrest.
The young noble sighed, finishing up his cup of tea. This was the last one as he promised himself when he started drinking. As he finished, however, Cui began to regret his decision. He looked down at the empty cup, a bit saddened by his current state of being. He sighed, forcing himself to get up and head to the door. Perhaps on his way back, he could discover a good spot to paint a little, as the night was still young.
As the young man made the final decision, someone who just entered the door caught his attention. As soon as Cui's eyes laid upon the man they lit up like the night stars. He was it! The exact person that he was waiting for, the exact kind of entertainment he could use right now! Grinning, Cui quickly approached the man, waving a little and speaking unusually loud as to attract other people's attention. If nobody else was going to provide entertainment, he would have to work on his own.
"My my, isn't this the nice young man from the other day! Well met! Come on over! Why won't you allow me to treat you some drinks?"

It had been a long day. Too long, in fact. Jianyu was utterly exhausted, not to mention worn out from the sparring he had been somewhat forced into practicing at today's training. Hand-to-hand combat was not exactly his best attribute, and the man he had been up against had not, to say the least, been particularly lenient. Jianyu had a rather large scrape down the side of his face, as well as some somewhat unattractive and purpleish bruises on his arms and one large one on his upper chest. Despite that, he had stopped by the Ichi-Koi Inn and Bar on his way home, not only to see if Yue was there, but also to sit back and relax with a drink.
His best friend was not there, but someone else was. Someone with an all-too-familiar (and quite possibly too loud voice that came sauntering up to him, a wide smile on his face. Jianyu stared at the young man, momentarily flummoxed. He had half a mind to pretend he didn't know the green haired Noble.
"What the...what are you doing here?" he finally said, his eyebrows drawing together in a glare. "And why are you speaking so loudly? Do I know you?"
He was tempted to add "little child" at the end of his question, but restrained himself at the last second, attempting to keep from making a scene such as the one he had made the last time.
