Both are inflating lately which one do u think is best to sell :O
and when do u think a shibuya would sell for a flat 8mill?

Items like the shibuya are going to inflate because idk but im sure they will and every one loves the penguin slippers so i would buy them and most people dont know about the shibuya.

Shibuya Nobody though is a rig item. Sure it's popular. But once they re-release it , it'll plop like a rock.

The Shibuya is only popular for the time being because the new KH just came out so people are wanting to cosplay it. Your safest bet is with Pengs because those will always be hot.

Is it a guarantee that all RIGs will be re-released at some point?
    Do you mean the Chance Item itself or the prizes from it?

    Either way it's a no, but there's a difference. Every "modern" CI from 2008 and 2009 has been re-released so far in a "super" CI close to the end of the year. Not every CI prize has been re-released in another CI i.e. there are still quite a few exclusive ones out there.
