Okay this has NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING to do with animals. Which is why I put it in 'Offtopic'
Okay so I was in Horror Inc. (a guild I'm in) and I pressed reply in a topic about Blair Witch. It opened up, no problem right?
THEN imedietly before I can type anything a little internet box pops up and says only this,(no the b was not capatalized!):
boom.
And being paranoid as I am, I'M FREAKIN OUT.
Cause I don't know if it means I got a virus from it, if my computer's hacked or even if my comp is gonna explode or something!
My friend tells me it sounds like a popup, but I need more then his answer! D:

Umm well it sounds like it could just be a pop up. But for it to appear like that... Your computer might be infected with something. Do you have any virus protection, or anyway of scanning for a threat to your computer? ... Does gaia have a computer guild? I'm not the greatest sweatdrop
I've had problems with computers before. Like the one where naked ladies and some dating site kept popping up on my screen. Or the latest one where I got the 'blue screen of death'. Never found out how I got either of them. Good luck!

=OOOO WHAT?!?! If anything like that happens again, PM me. I'm gonna go investigate it. Did you happen to take a screen shot? Run a virus scan just to be sure, hopefully it was just a pop up. If there's something wrong with the thread I'll delete it.

I dunno, it's technicly not my computer, it's the families. There hasn't been any problems or indications I got a virus, so I think it was just a pop-up.

But do pop-ups usually look like an internet box, as if something came up like you held down on shift too long like mine does?
And I will if it happens again.

yes, pop ups can look like an internet box, or they can look completely different. Pop ups are evil evil I went to the thread and clicked reply and nothing happened (except going to the reply page), but I also posted asking if it's happened to anyone else, just in case.
