As the name states, this town is filled with demons from strong to weak, all fighting for survival or just living their life, taking out demons or just playing around. Like the human world, this would be considered a city, but this city is filled with night clubs, bars, food and what not, thus the name Sity, which is the sinful city. The Sins in the city are extremely overwhelming and to the point where the demons think they are much stronger then the Sinner Demons, so the Sinner Demons have to go in once and awhile and take them out to show who has true power in this world.
This is a city that nearly imitates Las Vegas and New Yord City combined and witht he constant amount of sins being commited, everyone would consider this area a place for minor sin drainers to come for the power.
