Bio: Evan was born in the Village Hidden in the Rock. His clan was once a clan that loved to fight. He was a child prodigy in their clan's powers of earth control. He was trained vigilantly until his cousin, Raistlyn Meronan, came and moved him to the Dragon Ninja Clan. After a short time there Evan became a experiment and was giving a third Byakugan eye. After the surgery he started training in the Hyuuga fighting style and started working on Space/Time jutsu. After a while he vanished and hasn't been seen since. Until he reappeared in the Village Hidden in the Hell Fire.

Appearance: 6 foot 2 inches, 250 pounds. He wears brown slacks and a tan muscle shirt under a tan trench coat with black combat boots. He has a curse mark right over his heart and several seals marked on his wrists and ankles. And a slit on his forehead that opens up to his Byakugan eye, he usually covers that up with his headband.
