Because it sucks.
As I've posted before, IMNSHO, the only way this is going to be anything less than a turd is if, during its finale, the artist pulls some amazing pose out of some bodily orifice. In the unlikely event this happens, those who like risk who invested in this thing are going to make out like bandits.
But odds are against. Big time.

It's Timmy, that's why. Everyone knows what they're getting because we've seen all his poses form the EI reports. Like purplewiz said unless they pull out an epic unexpected ending it's going to keep dropping.

Well, the EI, Timmy isn't that great of an EI. Nobody really has high expectations for it, but you're right about the zombie-look fit for Halloween, but I see no inflation for Timmy in the near future.

While you're at it, you might as well ask why hasn't Catastrophe gone up.
It's been 7 months since the item's release and it's not done evolving. In real life, this would be called a mentally challenged EI.
