I can't be the only girl out there that's fallen in love with a gay man. :s
He's my best friend now, and life's content with the whole "We're just friends" thing, but I can't recall how many times I've wanted to "pop the question" Yes. I honestly love this man. And he's told me many times, that if he didn't like d**k so much, he'd ask me too.
But anyway, who else has been through this? Just out of curiosity O.o

I've never been attracted to men, let alone a gay one, but I've had crushes on straight women. It sucks, cause you know you can never be with them. What irritates me is when someone tries to "turn" a gay or straight person. Seriously. It's not going to happen, forget about them and move on with your life.

Sorry, all of my friends are either straight or bi except one (that I know of) and we only have a friendship relationship.
Does he actually feel the same or just say that to comfort you? If he does then why shouldn't he give it a shot? I mean, the emotions are there.
Have the two of you considered an open relationship? It could be hard but they do work out for some people.
Other than this, I have no advice. If he doesn't want a relationship with a female at all (other than friends) then there isn't much you can do, sorry =(

Oh, I know never to bother trying a relationship with him. But it doesn't change the fact that I fell for him. And really hard at that >.<
I am moving roughly 400 miles away. He doesn't want me to move, but I really need to get out of my state. I already found where I want to spend the rest of my life, and my parents are urging me to get out of this state ASAP, so I can spend my life the way I wish.

Of course I've had crushes on gay men, because usually gay men are really good looking.... or just are attractive in one way or another.
