A busy room the size of a basketball court. Desks of computers form rows. On the walls of the room are gigantic screens for showing data. Decoding machines, radios, and telephones are also located here.
The Communications Control Center is the room for receiving intelligence reports, information regarding the enemy, and answering calls from military officers. This center also monitors battles and sends reinforcements if the Red commander wishes.

Mikuru de Onnette, yawned, dressed in a military uniform and a beret on top of her blond hair. She was sitting lazily on a chair, bored. During wartime she would be scared to death, but during peacetime she would be bored to death. Yawning again, she wanted to stand up and use the bathroom when a light at her desk beeped. She nearly jumped out of her seat, startled.
"This is Corporal Rajeiia de La Fenice, Corporal de La Fenice, contacting CCC Red Base, over."
Mikuru panicked but finally found her tongue. "This is CCC Red Base HQ, Loud and Clear. Go Ahead, over." She waited patiently for the next transmission.
"I am with Commander at Yeallow, survived an attack by some Blues. This is an order: place DEFCON at 4, ready troops in case of attack. Over."
"R-roger, Wilco. Would you like an armed escort? Over."
"Negative. Me, Commander, and Lieutenant are returning to base. Expect arrival in an hour. Until then, ready troops. Clear." Static followed.
Mikuru sighed, wondering why this would have happened. She stood and reported this to her superior.
