Here's a quick introduction to Hurt and Heal. Every character starts with 10 HP, and when the character reaches 0, they are eliminated. You have 3 points per post to hurt with which at least one must be used every post, and you have the choice of using a maximum of one heal point per turn to add to a character's HP. A character cannot exceed 20 points. Of course, you can't just keep posting, so you must post only after two other people posted before you (excluding the beginning, obviously).

Yamamoto: 10
Soi Fon: 10
Ichimaru: 10
Unohana: 10
Aizen: 3
Byakuya: 10
Komamura: 7
Kyoraku: 11
Tosen: 10
Hitsugaya: 10
Zaraki: 10
Kurotsuchi: 11
Ukitake: 10
Yoruichi: 10
Urahara: 10
Example:
Urahara -1
Yoruichi - 2
Ichigo - +1

Two things:
-I changed all characters to 10 HP.
-Hurt Komamura -3, Heal Kurotsuchi +1.
