this looks like it might be bloody brilliant! one of the best tv series ever, coupled with the most awesome culture ever!
the episode is described as follows, on IMDB:
Quote:
Castle and Beckett look into the murder of a young mathematician gunned down with a 200-year-old bullet, sparking some wild theories by Castle about a time-travelling killer. When their investigation uncovers a tricked-out DeLorean and a suspect in Victorian clothing, is it possible Castle's crazy idea has some validity? This winding tale twists through the towers of Wall Street and into the world of a secret steampunk society that embraces the romance and simplicity of the past, while coupling it with the hope and promise of the future
did you notice how well they described the steampunk culture there? not any of this "victorian scifi horror with pointless mechanics thrown in" crap that i hear all too often, but an actual, good, well thought out description of steampunk! its good to see the culture getting a little good media coverage
and if that isnt persuasive enough, how about these promotional photos of the episode?
