Rex was surprised when someone had picked him up and immediatly began to struggle. "Eee!" he yelled swnging his tail at the holder's side wanting him to let him go. He had never liked being picked up, even by his creator. He stopped for a moment and looked at Phoenix "Eee..." he squeaked sadly and calmed down not wanting to get into a fight. Even if it meant he had to be held.

((Ahem. I believe there is a distinction between the commanders and the subordinate officers. Colonel Zeno Angha led the troops here, organized them, and even gave them a speech when they were defeated. Commander Myra popped in and also led the troops. Lieutenant Phoenix certainly did good fighting, but did so independently and did not lead any troops.
There was a difference between Commander-in-Chief George Washington and a random artillery corporal during the Battle Trenton.
Not to mention the announcement was supposed to be written in newspaper fashion. If you look closely, I certainly didn't include any OoC elements in the announcement.))
Zeno Angha attempted to throw the robot off the truck.

Phoenix glared at Zeno and held onto the Raptor more firmly.
"I'll be responsible for this and no one is going to throw it off." Her expression dared anyone to argue.
