okay soooo there is this guy and he and i are reallly close, and i think he and i might be alittle more then friends but her has a gurly, i mean when ever we hang out we get close with out even realizing it, we have a habbit of thing the same exact thing at the same time, when ever we touch [on purpose or not] we both jump slightly. im ooo confussed,

Ok...first off...CHILL!!!! Don't read too much into the situation.
I have a LOT of guy mates - mainly cause I can't stand hanging around the girls when there is a fight going on - and I often wind having those awkward OMG I accidently touched you/invaded your personal space without realising it moments. It doesn't mean that there is anything going on between us.
If you 'like' him its possibly why you are jumpy around him. But guys generally jump if somebody touches them anyway...they're not like girls...but then I'm not a guy so I can't really offer anything as to why he jumps too. Confused you even more now haven't I? (I've confused myself too......)

Gotta agree with stormgem, some dudes are just like that. He might actually be gay... just saying.
Talk to him about how you feel, and see where you go from there.

im bi as well as a guy. so i can confirm that some guys are jumpy. he might be jumpy for a couple reasons. 1) he may not have felt this way about a girl. 2) he might just be jumpy. 3) if there is something between you, he might feel the same way as you do.
