If you are roleplaying with someone and they don't answer for a week or so, then either a) ask for their permission to do whatever with their character until they return (if this is the case, tell me) or b) move on without them.
-Activity within the guild. I want to keep this guild alive, so I ask that all members come on regularly. If you will be gone for a period of time, warn me and whoever you're roleplaying with. This is vital. About once every two months or so, I will purge the guild to try to keep guild activity up.
-Keep things PG-13. I mean it. There are youngsters on here (makes me feel like a granny) so we need to keep things small. That means NO cybering. If you really have to, take it to the PMs, because we don't want to hear it.
-The crew and I have the right to... Accept/Deny/Delete any profiles that we feel need to be Accepted/Denied/Deleted.
-Presentation. I hold this one close to my heart. I like pretty posts, which means color, quotes, pictures, lyrics etc. We don't want to just see GREYGREYGREYGREY, we want something that shows that you're actually interested in the roleplay.
-Language. Y'know what one of my favourite words is? LITERACY. So use it. I want correct grammar, punctuation, description. Also, if you want to use a word but don't know how to spell it, look it up or just don't use it. I'll allow swearing, but please don't use it in every sentence. Try not to make it frequent, but I'm not gonna say to keep it to a minimum. (Believe me, I know how hard that is.)
-Paragraphs. I want at least three paragraphs per post, but preferably more. No one liners, you don't know how annoying that is. And by a paragraph, I mean five sentences or more.
-OutOfCharacter. For any OOC, use (()), {{}} or ooc:. Okay?
Before each year... (1-2 months) The school expects all students to go to Diagon Alley, to retrieve textbooks and, if you're a first year, to buy all other equipment listed in the parchment enclosed with your acceptance letters.
