This large building primarily consists of an open area with bunk beds throughout it for the non-seated members. In the back of the building, there are public bathrooms, then a stairwell to the second floor.
On the second floor, seated officers are given their own apartment. Officers from 20th seat to 10th seat receive one room apartments, with a shared bathroom. Officers from 10th to 5th seat receive one room apartments, with private bathrooms. 5th seat and above receive two room apartments with private bathrooms. The Lieutenant receives a three room apartment with private bathroom.
The Captain has a home attached to his office.
